With experience gained from years of managing large and small aviation industry projects, QinetiQ AeroStructures can implement a project management system for clients' individual projects, or run the day-to-day management activities of projects themselves. Using project management methodologies such as PRINCE 2, performance management techniques such as Earned Value Management and scheduling software such as MS Project, QinetiQ AeroStructures has experienced project engineers that can help minimise client's workload and ensure projects stay in control.

F-111 Wing Fatigue Test

For the Defence Science & Technology Organisation's (DSTO) F-111 wing fatigue test, and on the F-111 Sole Operator Program, QinetiQ AeroStructures has provided project support services.
