As an aeronautical engineering consulting practice, QinetiQ AeroStructures employs engineers and scientists, and other professional, technical and administrative staff to carry out work in the specialist area of aircraft structural integrity engineering and management.  QinetiQ AeroStructures actively recruits professional engineers and scientists who have experience, expertise and interest in aircraft structural integrity engineering.  We typically offer formal training and on-the-job training to our new starters to help develop the skills we need to meet our clients' requirements.  We also provide a structured professional development program that involves competency based learning and assessment.
